Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Plundarr application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of the App

Plundarr is a mobile client application for iOS that provides a unified interface for interacting with self-hosted media server software, including but not limited to Radarr, Sonarr, Plex, and similar services.

Plundarr does not provide any media hosting, media storage, streaming infrastructure, or indexing services. The App communicates solely with servers that you operate and control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or legality of any media or service you access through the App.

Permitted Use

You may use Plundarr for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree that:

You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for the security and configuration of your own servers.
You will not use the App to access, store, or distribute content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every version of iOS or every third-party service. Third-party services (Radarr, Plex, etc.) may change their APIs at any time without notice, which may affect App functionality.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF SERVICE AVAILABILITY, OR ISSUES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICE INTEGRATIONS OR YOUR SERVER CONFIGURATION.

Third-Party Services

Plundarr integrates with third-party self-hosted services at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and conditions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Radarr, Sonarr, Plex, or any other third-party service.

Platform

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
